How to use: wet the sponge and massage the skin with it. You can apply a cleansing product, such as soap or shower gel, directly to the sponge. After use, rinse the sponge, squeeze out excess water, and leave it in a well-ventilated place.

From time to time, it is a good idea to soak the sponge in a solution of water and baking soda. The sponge will last for many years.
