It was created to improve blood circulation in the skin and gently exfoliate dead skin cells. Massaging with a sponge supports lymphatic drainage and improves the removal of water retained in the body.

An excellent alternative to synthetic sponges, as it does not contain plastic. It is also a great replacement for sea sponges, which, due to rising ocean temperatures, are now virtually impossible to harvest non-invasively in Europe. How to use?

The sponge you receive is dry and rough. After its first contact with water, it will swell and permanently increase in volume. From that moment on, it will be your friend in skin care!

Simply use the sponge wet or apply a little shower gel to it. Perform a short massage, moving from your feet towards your heart. Use circular movements, focusing particularly on your ankles, knees, buttocks, stomach, and forearms. Do not press hard or scrub in one place. The massage should be pleasant. The sponge is intended for use on the body. Do not scrub your face with it – choose our enzyme peel for this.

After use, hang it in a dry place.

We recommend replacing it every 6 months or sooner if worn out.
