Taking care of yourself is not selfishness, but respect for your body. You can think about the whole family, be a great partner, mother, friend, support for the whole environment and at the same time completely neglect yourself. What does brushing do?

Improves lymphatic drainage, which helps remove toxins from the body,
helps deal with swelling and water stagnation,
firms the skin,
relaxes.
Make body brushing part of your daily self-care ritual.

Brush your body before bathing, dry. Do not press hard on the brush. This is a massage, not a type of scrub.

Bust brushing:

Start on the left side of your body.

1. make a motion from under your arm, going under your breast and heading upward. As if you want to outline a circle, clockwise. Do 5-10 repetitions on each breast.

2 Make short movements from the nipple toward the neck, upward. Do 5-10 repetitions on each breast.

Neck Brushing:

Lift your chin up and make upward and downward motions.

Decolletage Brushing:

1. draw large circles on the neckline with the brush. Do 5 repetitions of the movement. 2.

2) Pay attention to your collarbone and run the brush across it outward.

3. Make downward motions by directing your hand from behind your shoulders, toward your breasts.

Armpit Brushing:

Make a motion directing from your forearm, downward. Repeat 5-10 times.

Brushing is best done daily. Once a month, include a breast self-examination. 2 times a week it is worth to perform a massage with a scrub, such as with collagen. You can find it here.

Always consult a doctor about any changes or things that worry you. When visiting a gynaecologist always ask to examine your breasts and lymph nodes. Breast cancer, detected early, is curable. Remember this, remember about yourself. <3

Brushing is very intuitive. Don't worry if you do something inaccurately. You can't mess anything up here:).

Raw materials: Frame of solid beech wood.
Horsehair - delicate for sensitive and thin skin. The bristles are cut, no horses are killed.

In terms of lymphatic drainage benefits, upper body brushing is also recommended for men.

The brush should not be soaked, due to the solid wood frame. The wood may crack in contact with water, which will not affect the brushing itself, only the visual effect. The brush should be disinfected when necessary, e.g. with acetanisept and replaced regularly every 4-6 months (depending on wear and tear).

A hand-rubbed brush may initially lose some bristles that could not be removed at the production stage. It is sufficient to brush it before the first use.
